What You Need:
- 5kg Lamb, Chicken and/or Pork (approximately 30% fat)
- 250mL Red Wine (Preferably Shiraz or Grenache)
- 250mL water, chilled
- 1pk Carnivore Collective Greek Gyros Sausage Mix
Method:
- Mince meat with a fine to medium plate.
- Combine spices and water with meat.
- Mix thoroughly, kneading the meat until it is sticky.
- Fill chosen casings.
