The time-honoured combination of lamb and mint is made more appealing with the addition of honey. A mild, tasty sausage that the whole family will love. This sausage seasoning can also be used as a hamburger seasoning.

Size:
5kg Batch - 45g per 1kg of meat.
What You Need:
5kg Lamb (approximately 30% fat)
500ml water, chilled
150g Honey
1pk Carnivore Collective Mint & Honey Mix
Method:
Mince meat with a medium plate.
Combine spices, honey and water with meat.
Mix thoroughly, kneading the meat until it is sticky.
Fill chosen casings
Ingredients:
