What You Need:
- 5kg Beef, Lamb, Pork and/or Venison (approximately 30% fat)
- 100g Tomato Sauce (optional)
- 500mL water, chilled
- 1pk Carnivore Collective Smoky BBQ Sausage Mix
Method:
- Mince meat with a fine to medium plate.
- Combine spices and water with meat.
- Mix thoroughly, kneading the meat until it is sticky.
- Fill chosen casings.
