What You Need:

  • 5kg Beef, Lamb, Pork and/or Venison (approximately 30% fat)
  • 100g Tomato Sauce (optional)
  • 500mL water, chilled
  • 1pk Carnivore Collective Smoky BBQ Sausage Mix

Method:

  • Mince meat with a fine to medium plate.
  • Combine spices and water with meat.
  • Mix thoroughly, kneading the meat until it is sticky.
  • Fill chosen casings.

Ingredients:

Rice Flour, Salt, Capsicum, Coconut sugar, Onion, Garlic, Spices, Chilli, Soy Protein, Herbs.
